CMP is a quality assurance system for industrially coated exterior panel boards. The CMP system ensures high standards for the wood material, paint, moisture content, and the industrial coating process to optimize the panels for future use. In the manufacturing of panels according to the CMP system, all steps of the process are documented to enable traceability of individual panel boards and guarantee high quality.
Colors used for manufacturing CMP-approved panel boards are tested by accredited third-party organizations to meet requirements according to applicable standards and regulations. These colors are specially tailored for exterior wood painting and applied under optimal conditions and with the right amount of paint to ensure a uniform result and long lifespan.
Choosing factory-painted exterior paneling saves both time and money, providing cost savings of up to 50% for the entire painting process. Since the exterior paneling is painted in our production, we can use precisely the amount of paint needed.
